We offer education for adults at all levels in a good study environment. You can choose from theoretical and vocational courses and programs, use our facilities for your studies, order printouts/copies, take exams, utilize distance learning technology, and receive guidance. You are warmly welcome to visit us in the same building as Hjalmar Lundbohm School, at Midnattssolsvägen 25 in the center of Kiruna.

Malmfältens Folk High School
Our folk high school is a modern center for adult education, a global village, and a resource for the mining municipalities as well as for the upper Tornedalen, with connections in the Barents region.
We are an educational institution that puts the student at the center through quality and care. With a flexible organization, we can quickly adapt to meet the demands of a changing society. We cater to those with limited education who wish to complement or deepen their previous studies. The school is a center for adult education for the entire North Calotte and Barents area.

Kiruna municipality is about 20,000 square kilometres and there are great opportunities for outdoor life in a fantastic natural environment. Here you can experience a real winter with all that it entails. We have a slalom slope in the middle of town, super nice trails for cross-country skiing and trails for snowmobiling.
